Idaho arbitration hearings, under NASD jurisdiction, are held at the closest authorized
location to you when the dispute arose. For many parts of Idaho, that still means you can

need for a hearing.

in year 2004, the Idaho legislature made major revisions to its securities laws. Now, in the
purchase or sale of a security, if a broker violates The Idaho Uniform Securities Act (2004),
Idaho Code 30-14-509 allows the investor to recover his/her losses, costs, attorneys’ fees,
and interest at the Idaho legal rate from the date of purchase of the securities.
